This is our famous waterfall “Eas Garth” about thirty minutes walk from the village.
Argyll tends to be quite warm and we get palm trees in Dunoon and Oban. But when it is snowy it certainly looks spectacular.
Here is the view straight out out from the shop over our scenic loch.
Our most famous mountain dominates the skyscape behind the village. The Gaelic name means nothing more than “Brown Hill”
This is our shop – right in the middle of the village of Lochgoilhead and facing on to the Loch. Although we are a true Highland village and surrounded by high mountains, we are only around an hour’s drive from Glasgow.
